Ceres issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.
On December 3, 2020, Javier Lopez was sworn in as the New Mayor. Couper Condit and Bret Silveira were also sworn in as Councilmembers.
Also, Kayla Martinez was sworn in as the City Treasurer.
