City of Modesto issued the following announcement on Dec. 7.
In response to increases in the number of COVID-19 cases throughout the state, and the most recent health orders, public access to City of Modesto buildings and counters, including at 1010 10th Street, will again be closed starting December 8.
Many of the services available to the public at Tenth Street Place are also available on the City's website, by phone, or by mail. Following is a list of services available to the public online or by phone:
- Pay utility bills, parking citations, business license fees, and other invoices
- Start and stop utility services
- Request payment arrangements or extensions
- Commercial and residential landscape plan check inquiries and inspection scheduling
