Census Bureau: More women than men in Stanislaus County in 2019

Of the 543,194 people living in Stanislaus County in 2019, 50.5 percent (274,323) were women and 49.5 percent (268,871) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Stanislaus News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 162,996-to-162,896. In the 65 and over age range, there were 38,939 females and 30,740 males.
