Census Bureau: More women than men in Stanislaus County in 2020

Of the 546,235 people living in Stanislaus County in 2020, 50.5 percent (275,703) were women and 49.5 percent (270,532) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Stanislaus News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 234. In the 65 and over age range, there were 39,765 females and 31,465 males.
