86 percent of applicants to California State University-Stanislaus were admitted for fall 2018

At California State University-Stanislaus, 79 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 66 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year public institution in Turlock enrolled 10,577 students in fall 2018, including 9,293 in undergraduate and 1,284 in graduate programs, data shows. 10.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

99 percent of undergraduates are residents of California.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (54 percent) and white (21 percent).

The school admitted 86 percent of the 7,674 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 24 percent enrolled.
