On Sunday, May 18, former Crystal Lake South High School standout Alexis Pupillo’s current collegiate team the Alabama Crimson Tide won 3-2 against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at John and Ann Rhoads Softball Stadium at 4:30 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Virginia Tech Hokies in the tournament.

The Alabama Crimson Tide’s next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 4:05 p.m. at Love’s Field.
